HVAC system cleaning
Clean Air Management is a high-tech HVAC cleaning and restoration company that is a certified (ASCS Air System Cleaning Specialist) member of the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA) in the United States of America.
A mandatory requirement of NADCA membership is the compliance with NADCA standard ARC 2006 (Assessment, Cleaning and Restoration of HVAC Systems). This affiliation requires our HVAC cleaning services to employ leading edge equipment technologies and procedures that are unsurpassed in the industry.
Equipment and procedures
To protect your occupied space and your people from contamination, the actual cleaning is conducted under negative air pressure. The dirt and debris are drawn into a large HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Arrestor) filtration machine that is 99.97% efficient at 0.3 microns. The agitation and removal of debris without the use of negative air pressure poses the risk of contaminating the building and its occupants to debris, dusts, fungi, mould, bacteria etc that have built up over the years inside the HVAC system.
There are ducts; no technician can gain access to, Clean Air Management utilises remote cleaning machines to clean those hard-to-get places.
To validate the effectiveness of the cleaning work, before and after photos coupled with an independent NADCA vacuum test are included on all cleaning projects.
