The Sentinel

The Sentinel is a 30 storey, 120m high luxury apartment building towering over the seaside suburb of Takapuna with spectacular views over the Waitemata Harbour and beyond.

The project

The apartment building incorporates 27 levels of apartments, each fully air conditioned with Hydronic units and central extract and fresh air supply systems. The units are all fed from a roof level plant room via 200 dia pipework running the full height of the building
