Q4

Q4 is a uniquely designed three-level building incorporating ground floor retail and food outlets and two levels of office space. The building has a distinctive exterior featuring floor to ceiling glass windows sitting behind a wooden lattice.

Systems

Chilled water and heating water is pumped from the adjacent Sovereign Building serving one large air handling unit and providing heating water to the exposed VAV boxes.

The project

The air conditioning is housed in large exposed ductwork and with sustainability at the heart of the building's design, storm water is harvested and reused in the air conditioning system.
